When do auctions close?
Lots close at staggered times with soft-close logic; watch the countdown on each lot.
Can I retract a bid?
Bids are binding; contact support for rare exceptions (typo, wrong lot).
Pickup windows?
Shown on the lot page and invoice; coordinate carriers in advance.
